Shipping policy

We strongly recommend that you select "Tracked Package International" as your shipping option.

We can not provide you with tracking information if you do not select "Tracked Package International"  since the postal service considers tracking as an option that has an additional charge extra. The Tracked package has the additional benefit of typically arriving much faster then the basic option.

If you do not select "Tracked Package International", you will still receive a notice when we print the shipping label for your order, and possibly when we send it to the post office, but you will not know where it is on route until it arrives to your mail box.

We will not replace an item that you do not receive if you do not select "Tracked Package International".

Some additional background information for you: Most customers do not select the "Tracked Package International" option, because it does cost an extra $10-$15, but we have only been two cases when a package was lost in the mail, (none to the US) but our policy remains as above. :)
